  • The Course

    Finding Your Edge: 30 Day Arm Balancing Course teaches you the fundamentals of yoga while preparing you to balance on your hands. Yoga, and arm balances, in particular, are a powerful way to begin to examine the limitations you put on yourself. By learning arm balances, you begin to learn your innate reactions to change and are put in direct contact with your mental and physical edges. This challenge guides you through 30 strength-building yoga classes, each crafted to put you in touch with the core areas of the body needed for arm balances. On the 7th day, of each week we all join together in a live flow revolving around that weeks pose to build community!

    Class One

    Core Tune Up

    This practice takes you through a variety of CORE STRENGTHENING movements designed to awaken the muscles surrounding your shoulder blades, stabilize your core, and strengthen your wrists, all in preparation to conquer arm balances.

    Class Six

    Crow Pose

    This class breaks down different aspects of CROW POSE to help you gain confidence in the pose. It will strengthen your wrists, upper back, legs, and core while increasing the flexibility of your spine. It also balances your nervous system, brings a sense of levity to your body, and clears your mind.

    Class Eleven

    Eagle Pose

    This class requires that you give unwavering focus to both your upper and lower body. EAGLE POSE also boasts a plethora of benefits to your body, including strengthening arms, legs, knees, and ankles, opening the shoulder joints and hips, stretching your IT band, improving digestion and balance, increasing overall circulation, and sharpening your focus.

    Approaching arm balancing poses can be intimidating! Which offers you the opportunity to examine your perceived limitations (both physically and mentally) and push past your comfort zone to start making real changes in your life on and off your mat! Balancing on your hands also promotes coordination, balance, and concentration, bringing harmony to your inner life.


    A full-body workout, arm balances will deepen your connection to your core while strengthening your chest, arms, legs, and wrists. Arm balances can feel intimidating, especially if you are a beginner. Lean into this.
